The following knowledge and skills are taught during the training:
- Office organization
- Office Manger are responsible for organizing everyday office life. This includes the planning and coordination of appointments, the administration of Conference rooms and the processing of mail and e-mails.
- Document management
- Creating, processing and filing documents. This includes writing protocols, reports and offers as well as the maintenance of files.
- Customer communication
- Communication with customers and business partners is an essential part of the training. This can be done both by telephone and in writing. Office Manager learn how to communicate professionally and respond appropriately to inquiries or complaints.
- Finance and accounting
- Commercial management and monitoring, Bookkeeping and cost accounting. This includes posting invoices and making payments.
- Personnel administration
- This includes, for example, supporting the recruitment of new employees, maintaining personnel files and organizing training courses.
- IT applications
- Dealing with various software applications is another important aspect of the training. Office Manager learn how to use word processing programs, spreadsheets and special office software solutions.

- 1,236.82 euros in the first year of training
- 1,290.96 euros in the second year of training

Special annual payment on December 1st in the amount of 95% of the vocational training remuneration
Final examination bonus of € 400.00 for successfully passing the final examination on the first attempt
