- The ability to schedule appointments, administer documents and organize the medical practice workflow is essential.

- Diligence and Accuracy
- Precision is of great importance when working with medical data and administrative tasks.
These personal prerequisites contribute to prospective Medical Assistants being able to work successfully in their appointment and build a positive relationship with patients.

- Training usually begins on 01.08.
- A shortening is possible under certain conditions
- The working time is 39 hours a week
- There is an annual vacation entitlement of 30 workdays
since 01.02.2025:
- 1,236.82 euros in the first year of training
- 1,290.96 euros in the second year of training
- 1,340.61 euros in the third year of training
Special annual payment on December 1st in the amount of 95% of the vocational training remuneration
Final examination bonus of € 400.00 for successfully passing the final examination on the first attempt
- Intermediate exam in the 2nd year
- Final examination at the end of training before the Rhenish Hesse District Medical Association
